Our plans in Luxembourg
We are moving from Lyon to Luxembourg for Élise’s new role at a bank in Kirchberg, and are looking for a family house with a garden that can be our home for the long term. Our intended tenancy is three to four years.
Mila starts at the International School in September. We look after a home as if it were our own, and our landlord in Lyon of six years is happy to give a reference.

Personal income & financial stability
Our household income comes mainly from Élise’s salary under an open-ended contract with her new employer in Kirchberg, together with Tomas’s income as an architect.
Supporting documents include recent payslips, the employment contract, the CCSS affiliation certificate, bank statements and our latest tax return.
Pets
We have Pepper, a calm Labrador, and five indoor cats. They are used to family life in a house and are well looked after.
To reassure the owner, we offer liability insurance and professional end-of-tenancy cleaning.
